"It started with one question: why should a business lose a customer just because nobody was there to answer?"
Pupsai was never meant to be a big platform. It began as an answer to one need, and it kept growing because businesses kept needing more.
One need
IGonics opens in Kingston, Jamaica. We kept meeting the same problem: good businesses losing sales because messages went unanswered after hours, on weekends and on busy days. The customers were there. Nobody was free to reply.
From answers to automation
We built platforms, mobile apps and analytics for clients in finance, education, government, legal, retail, automotive and tourism. Every project taught us the same thing: the work that slows a business down is repetitive, and repetitive work can be automated.
Pupsai goes public
When the world went online overnight, cash-first shops, social-media sellers and influencers needed help fast. We released Pupsai to everyone: AI virtual assistants for their inboxes, one-click campaigns and inventory sync, with a free plan and special COVID-19 pricing to get businesses through.
Bigger customers, bigger asks
Pupsai grew from one inbox to every channel, connecting to Shopify, WooCommerce and over 2,000 apps. Larger businesses arrived with harder needs: more teams, more brands, deeper integrations and Pupsai running inside their own operations, sometimes for their own customers.
Enterprise only
We've done what our biggest users asked. Pupsai is now licensed exclusively to companies and organizations, with IGonics alongside them for integration, customization and support. The one need we started with is now automation that whole organizations run on.
"After 15 years with our local business, transitioning online with social media sales was difficult…"
